Nova Specialty Surgery offers world-class short-stay surgical procedures with the focus on minimally invasive surgeries. We use state-of-the-art technology and equipment, and adhere to global standards. Typically, surgical procedures at our center take 30 minutes to 2 hours, allowing patients to return home the same day. Patients undergoing daycare procedures recover faster and resume normal routine within a day or two. More than 70 per cent of all surgeries can be performed under day procedures. Nova Specialty Surgery offers upwards of 700 such procedures, covering specialties like ENT, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Plastic & Cosmetic, Radiology and Urology. At our centers, the surgeries/procedures are performed by surgeons who are the best in their respective fields. All our centers have 4-5 ultramodern operating rooms. Each pre-operation and post-operation bed/room is equipped with gas lines, monitoring equipment and defibrillators. These are constantly monitored by duty doctors and trained staff. Minimally invasive procedures are hugely beneficial to patients because of smaller incisions, minimal damage to surrounding tissues, lesser inflammation and negligible blood loss. Since the procedures do not require an overnight stay, patients can also avoid contracting Hospital-acquired Infections (HAIs). |
