We are looking for functional and operational nursing homes in the following cities:
- Hyderabad
- Chennai
- Mumbai, particularly in Juhu, Villeparle, Bandra and Santa Cruz
- Ahmedabad
- Coimbatore

The facility must be:
- Centrally located, with at least 15-20 parking spaces and a clear title to the property
- Clearly licensed and approved for regulation
- A space of 12,000-14,000 square feet (a larger area can also be discussed and explored)
- Floor plates of 3,500-4,000 square feet each is preferable
- A multi-specialty center with minimal (or nil) trauma and cardiology traffic
- Equipped with a team of highly skilled surgeons across all faculties
- Within a 6-8 km range of a tertiary or large hospital
We are looking for a facility with a commercial license for operating as an infertility center and which adheres to the following guidelines:
- Centrally located, with at least 15-20 parking spaces and a clear title to the property
- Clearly licensed and approved for regulation
- Bangalore, Mumbai (Tardeo), Muscat, Dubai and Delhi
- A space of 3,500 to 4,500 square feet (a larger area can also be discussed and explored)
